Proposed Regulations for Out-of-District Cabin Sewer Service
On February 15, 2024 the MCWD Board of Directors will consider proposed regulations governing the sewer service MCWD provides to residential cabin leaseholders in the Lakes Basin. If approved at that regularly scheduled meeting, the proposed regulations would terminate all existing agreements with Lakes Basin cabin customers and replace MCWD’s and customers’ contractual obligations with the requirements of the proposed regulations.
